1. Agreement and operator
This website and the Arun Sharma Academy services described on it are operated by AMS Learning Systems Private Limited (“ASA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, submitting an enquiry, creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the applicable Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a service.
2. Eligibility and students under 18
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under 18, your parent or lawful guardian must review and accept these Terms, approve any personal-data submission and authorise the purchase on your behalf.
3. Course information
We aim to describe each course accurately, including its format, subjects, faculty, access period, support, tests and other inclusions. The course page and the specific checkout presented before payment together form the applicable offer. If they conflict on a material point, please contact us before paying.
Batch timings, faculty allocation, lesson order, platforms and supporting resources may change where reasonably necessary for academic or operational reasons. We will not remove the essential educational purpose of a purchased course without providing a reasonable alternative.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The final amount displayed at checkout is the amount payable and includes applicable taxes unless the checkout expressly states that a tax is added separately. Coupon eligibility, discounts and instalment options are governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Checkout and payment are currently operated through TagMango and its authorised payment partners, which may include Razorpay. ASA does not receive your complete card details, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials. Payment-provider terms also apply to the payment process.
A payment is complete only when the payment provider confirms it. If money is debited but access is not created, contact us with the transaction reference so we can investigate.
5. Enrolment and course access
Access is granted to the student and contact details used for enrolment. Login credentials, course links, recordings, tests, PDFs and community access are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred unless ASA approves it in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, maintaining the security of your account and using a compatible device and reliable internet connection. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, record, download, redistribute, sell or publicly share course material except where a download is expressly provided for personal study.
- Share accounts, bypass access restrictions, scrape the platform or interfere with website or class security.
- Harass faculty, staff or other students, disrupt classes or communities, impersonate another person or submit unlawful content.
- Use our trademarks, faculty identity, student testimonials or educational content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We may restrict or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach. Where practical, we will first explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
7. Intellectual property
The website, course structure, videos, tests, explanations, books, PDFs, graphics, trademarks and other original material are owned by or licensed to ASA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the included material for your own learning during the stated access period. Ownership is not transferred to you.
8. Academic results and student responsibility
We provide teaching, practice, analysis and mentoring, but no course can guarantee a percentile, examination result, interview conversion, admission or employment outcome. Results depend on the student’s effort, attendance, practice, decisions and circumstances, as well as examination and institution rules outside our control.
Testimonials and past results describe individual experiences and are not promises of identical outcomes.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to TagMango, Razorpay, WhatsApp, app stores, social networks and external learning or resource pages. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for selecting providers with reasonable care, but we do not control their independent systems, outages or policies.
10. Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the website and purchased services available. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, internet failure, provider outage, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where a material purchased service is affected, we will use reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
To the extent permitted by law, ASA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on free educational information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any more specific terms clearly shown for a particular course before purchase. Statutory consumer rights always prevail.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve the matter promptly. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
