1. Who we are
Arun Sharma Academy is operated by AMS Learning Systems Private Limited (“ASA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to https://arunsharmaacademy.com, its course and contact pages, and information submitted to us through our enquiry, callback and checkout journeys.
TagMango operates the external checkout, payment and course-access pages reached from our website. Information entered on those pages is also governed by TagMango’s and its payment partners’ privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address and messages.
- Your target exam, target year, course interest, preparation stage and preferred callback time.
- Communications with our counsellors, faculty, support team or WhatsApp account.
- Checkout-intent information such as the selected course or access option, landing page, referral source, campaign parameters and time of the click.
- Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, approximate location, referring URL and security signals.
- Transaction, enrolment and course-access information received from TagMango or another authorised provider when the relevant integration is available.
We do not collect or store complete card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials on this website. Those details are entered directly with the external checkout or payment provider.
3. How we use information
- To answer enquiries and recommend relevant courses based on your stated goals.
- To arrange callbacks, provide support and send service-related communications.
- To process enrolment, connect you with the correct checkout and support course access.
- To maintain lead, checkout and student records and avoid asking you to repeat the same information.
- To secure our forms, prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- To understand website performance and improve our courses, pages and student experience.
- To send course updates or promotional communications where you have consented or where permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. Consent and your choices
By submitting a form, requesting a callback or starting enrolment, you ask us to use the information necessary to respond and provide the requested service. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or records we must retain by law.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email or messaging, decline marketing calls, and control non-essential cookies through the choices made available on the website or in your browser.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use essential technologies to operate the website, protect public forms and remember necessary settings. When analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, campaign performance and actions such as course-page views, enquiries, WhatsApp clicks and checkout starts.
These tools may include services provided by Vercel, Google, Meta or Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may create masked session recordings and heatmaps so we can understand how public pages are used and fix usability problems. Their use is subject to applicable consent requirements and their own privacy policies. Blocking non-essential cookies may reduce measurement accuracy but should not prevent access to core public content.
6. When we share information
We share information only where reasonably necessary, including with:
- TagMango and its payment partners, including Razorpay where used, for checkout, payment, enrolment and course access.
- Supabase for database services, Vercel for website hosting and security, and communication providers used for email, telephone or WhatsApp support.
- Analytics and advertising providers when those services are enabled and legally permitted.
- Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, courts or government authorities where required to protect rights or comply with law.
- A successor organisation if our business is reorganised, merged or transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Storage, security and retention
Information may be processed using service providers whose infrastructure is located in India or other countries. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, restricted access and server-side controls appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to maintain academic, transaction and support records, or to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. We may retain anonymised information that no longer identifies you.
8. Children and students under 18
Some of our programmes may be relevant to school students. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian should review this policy and approve the submission of your personal information and any purchase. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct or request deletion of a minor’s information, subject to legal and service-delivery requirements.
9. Your rights and grievance redressal
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about the personal data we process, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Send requests to the Grievance Officer at info@arunsharmaacademy.com, call +91 95958 06833, or write to the address shown on this page. Please describe your request and provide the phone number or email used with us so we can locate the relevant record.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
